& the judicial/D.A. salary increases based on the August 29, 2011 report of the Commission on Judicial Compensation & the December 24, 2015 report of the Commission on Legislative, Judicial & Executive Compensation

"the comptroller of the state of New York" --
Thomas DiNapoli
– a named defendant, sued for corruption in CJA’s 1st & 2nd citizen-taxpayer actions
pertaining to the budget & the judicial/D.A. salary increases --
& a defendant, prior thereto, in CJA’s declaratory judgment action;

 

"the chairman of the State University of New York board of trustees
and 52nd comptroller for the state of New York" --
Carl McCall;

 

"the comptroller for the city of New York" --
Scott Stringer;
