Biaggi: "Are there any questions on this bill?"
"great bill". 
Biaggi: "I agree.  I agree.   We have a legislative budget office at the federal level, the city council in New York has one, many other states have it, including California.  So, I think it is one of the best things we can do to make the budget process easier for everybody involved.  OK, so hearing there are no questions, is there a motion to move the bill....   The bill is reported out of the Committee."

"Daniel Salvin has been appointed Commissioner of the New York State Legislative Bill Drafting Commission. He previously served in the Assembly as Assistant Secretary for Program and Policy, overseeing the Codes, Judiciary, Corrections and Elections Committees. Prior to coming to the Assembly in 2006, he was the Deputy Director of the Center for Law and Justice in Albany."
