"To properly understand this highly extraordinary case...it is necessary to go back prior to the inception of any proceeding referred to herein.  It is the predjcate for much that follows.  This can best be provided by the respondent [George Sassower]. In this regard, whenever anything that respondent says is challenged in the evidence it will be so indicated. otherwise, whatever he says is supported by documentary evidence, is supported by [the Grievance Committee's] witnesses, or is uncontradicted.  (at p. 18, underlining in the report)
