2000 letter to Commission on Judicial Conduct --
"...(2) Request
that the Commission cancel the 1994 authorization it received from the
State Archives and Records Administration to destroy its files of judicial
misconduct complaints dismissed, without investigation, after a five-year
retention, and that it immediately cease such destruction, etc. (pp. 8-11)
